(b) The lessee to be granted an Inland Lot lense for the ares shown coloured red on Plm "B", containing about 204 15,310 square feet.
(c) Term of lense 75 years commencing from the date of
a letter from the Director of Public Works informing the lessee that the area is at his disposal.
(d) The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury within
7 days of the date of the letter mentioned in (c) premium at the
rate of 20 cents per square foot viz: 83,062.00.
(e) Crown rent at the rate of $500.00 per acre per annm, viz: X176.00 per annum, to commence from date of letter
mentioned in (c).
(f) A sum of not less than $15,000 to be spent on buildings on the lot within 24 months of the date mentioned in
(c).
(g) The lessee within 12 months of the date mentioned
in (c) to fill in and for the whole area of the lot coloured
red and the press coloured green to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve and to construct for the protection of such filling in between the points A and B a wall of design
and material approved by the Director of Public Works and to his satisfaction. The areas coloured green to be handed over to Government free of cost on completion.
(b) Permission will be granted to the lessee of the
lot to obtain earth from Crown land in the vicinity of the lot
at points to be approved by the Director of Public Works for
the purpose mentioned in (g). The lessee must also remove any
boulders met with in excavating earth from such places and he must
trim off and leave all such places in a tidy condition on the
completion of his operations.
(j) The lot to be treated as lmd lensed from the Crow
after the commencement of the Public Health and Buildings
Ordinance, 1903.
(k) The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury within
3 days of the date mentioned in (c) the sum of $25.00 for
boundary
